Submission
Short abstract of approximately 200 words and a two page camera-ready extended abstract ( template download) with a file size of less than 5 Mb should be submitted on-line before April 30, 2024. The extended abstracts will be collected in a USB memory stick and distributed to every participant of the conference. Please note that the reduced registration fees are only valid if you register AND pay the full registration amount before the respective deadline.

Cancellations
- Cancellations before June 15, 2024 will receive full refund minus a 25% of a conference fee as an administrative charge. Cancellations later than June 30, 2024 will not receive any refund. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the secretariat by e-mail or fax.
